Nut and Seed Butters

  1. Choose your ingredients….

  2. Add fat  (to texture of your choice) 

  3. Grind until smooth. It's that easy!! 

Variations:

You can use whatever nuts, seeds, flavorings and sweeteners you love. 2 of my favorite variations are:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds 

  • 2Tbs olive oil 

  • Cinnamon

  • Sweetener to taste

  • 2 cups Raw Walnuts 

  • 2Tbs Rendered Bacon Fat

  • 2Tbs Crumbled Bacon

  • 1/2tsp Maple flavour extract
