Bomb'tastic Bagel 90 Second Bread
Ingredients:
4Tbs Walnut Meal (nut or seed flour or meal of choice)
1Tbs Olive Oil
1/4Tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
Bagel Seasoning to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients
Divide into 2 ramikins
Microwave 90 seconds
Serve Toasted with cream cheese, fresh chives and bagel seasoning
