Summer is Salad 🥗 Season!! 

All the fresh ingredients are delicious. 

But what about the Dressing? 

If you are looking for sneaky sugars and hidden carbs that cause weight loss stalls, they are often found lurking in salad dressings, marinades and condiments. But you can make your own at home with ingredients you probably have on hand. There's a reason they say you can't beat homemade! 

Take your salad game to the next level! 

Savory Italian Salad Dressing 🤤

Ingredients:

Mix well together…

  • 2Tbs No Sugar Added Ketchup 

  • 1Tbs Balsamic Vinegar 

  • 1Tbs MCT Oil

  • 2Tbs Olive Oil

  • 1tsp Italian Blast @daksspices 

  • 1 Cup Filtered Water 

  • Sweetener to taste 

Makes a great marinade too!!

Keto Mac Dressing 

Ingredients:

Mix well together…

  • 2Tbs Sour Cream

  • 2Tbs Mayo

  • 1Tbs No Sugar Added Ketchup

  • 2Tsp Lemon Juice 

  • 2Tbs Cubed Pickle

  • Sweetener to taste 

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Optional * Paprika for colour
