Keto Meringue Cookies
Ingredients:
4 Egg Whites
Sprinkle of Xanthum Gum
1/2 cup Zuga Sweetener ( more to taste, we prefer semi sweet treats)
Natural food colouring (optional)
Directions:
Whip Eggs and Xanthum Gum to stiff peaks
Gradually add Sweetener while mixing.
If using food colouring, divide mixtire into number of colours you are using
Gently fold in colour
Fill piping bag with your mixture(s)
Pipe out onto Parchment Paper lined cookie sheet
Bake 200° 50-70min
Cooking times may vary depending on size.
Cool completely before you remove them.
