Spicy Chai Coconut Yogurt
Ingredients:
1 cup Canned Coconut Milk
1/2tsp Spicy Chai mix
Sweetener to taste (we like Zuga)
2 Probiotic capsules
Directions:
Mix all ingredients
Cover with breathable top
Place in dark cupboard to achieve fermentation for 12-24hrs to desired consistency and tartness.
Stir every 6hrs.
Refrigerate.
Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt will last 5-7 days
