Keto Sushi Rolls

Love sushi? Avoiding all the carbs in rice? Dori’s got you covered!

Keto Sushi Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice cooked

  • 1tsp Asian Stir-fry Seasoning

  • 1/2 piece crab meat or 2 Tbsp flaked crab or seafood of choice (cooked shrimp is yummy too)

  • Avocado oil mayonnaise

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Seaweed sushi wrap

Directions:

  1. Season cauliflower rice

  1. Place rice on top 2/3 of wrap, leaving bottom 1/3 open

  2. Arrange other ingredients in a pile along the center of the rice

  3. Gently roll up from top to bottom (rice to open seaweed)

  4. Slice into pieces

  5. Serve with coconut aminos, wasabi and pickled ginger
