Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Mousse

Holiday get away feeling right at home! Decadent, indulgent and low carb - a match made in chocolate heaven.

Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ross Choclate sugar Free Bars (regualr flavor) or 2 1/2 oz Sugar Free Dark Chocolate

  • 1oz Salted Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/tsp Caramel Flavour Extract Optional *

  • Zuga Sweetener to Taste

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter (microwave 30 sec intervals or over a double boiler)

  2. Add sweetener, flavour extract and heavy cream

  3. Whip all ingredients until desired consistency.

  4. Top with extra whipped cream

  5. Garnish with sugar free chocolate shavings
