When I started Keto the one thing I really missed was sugar laden seasonal flavoured coffee.

Cut the sugar and save a small fortune in Starbucks this fall!

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:

  • 1tsp Pumpkin puree

  • 1/4tsp Cinnamon

  • Add heavy whipping cream

  • For dairy-free add coconut cream, coconut or macadamia milk + 1/2Tbs Coconut milk powder

Directions:

  1. Mix together

  2. Add to coffee - it’s that simple!!!!
