Keto French Fries and Churros

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Lupin Flour

1/2Tbs Xanthum Gum

7-8Tbs Boiling Water

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly

  2. Let dough rest 10min

  3. Roll thin and Freeze

  4. 20minCut into strips

  5. Fry in Lard or Olive Oil

Fancy up your Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1Tbs Parmesan Cheese

  • I/4Tsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning

  • 1/4Tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle 1/4 mixture on Fries

  2. Mix remainder with

    • 1Tbs Mayo

    • 1Tbs Sour Cream For Rosemary Garlic Dip

Churros for dessert?

Yes Please!!

Ingredients:

  • 1Tbs Sweetener

  • 1/2Tsp Cinnamon

Sprinkle over fried dough

Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1Tbs Cream Cheese

  • 1Tbs Heavy Cream

  • 1/4Tsp VanillaSweetener to taste
