When I first started Keto in April 2017 I sat down and made a list of all the foods I would never eat again. I mourned those foods and punished myself for wanting to be healthy.

After months of being miserable, a thought finally occurred to me...
Maybe I can make a healthy version instead of depriving myself!
That was the day that changed my life forever. In that moment a "diet" I hated became the sustainable lifestyle I love.
Healthy doesn't mean boring anymore!
Raspberry Mint Unicorn Mug Cake
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Freash Raspberries
4-6 Fresh Mint Leaves cut small
1Tbs Sweetener (to taste)
4Tbs Walnut Meal
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1Tbs MCT Oil
1Tbs Sour Cream
1 Egg
Directions:
Mash mint and raspberries together
Combine with other ingredients
Split into 2 Ramikins
Microwave 90 seconds
Creme De Menth Glaze
Ingredients:
1Tbs Cream Cheese
2Tbs HWC
1Tbs Sweetener of Choice
6 Drops Creme De Menth flavor extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients
Whip until smooth
Top with Sugar Free Sprinkles
