Served hot or cold
Easy, Delicious and Nutritous!!
Trail Mix Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut or almond milk
3 Tbs chia seed
1 Tbs blonde flax seed
1 Tbs flax seeds
1 Tbs flaked almond
1 Tbs pecan pieces
1 Tbs walnut pieces
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Allow to sit overnight in refrigerator
Serve warmed or cold garnished with nuts, berries and/or flaked coconut
