Trail Mix Chia Pudding

Do you miss hot oatmeal? 

Sunny Boy or Cream of Wheat? 

Do you love rice pudding? 

This is my favorite substitute!! 

Served hot or cold  

Easy, Delicious and Nutritous!! 

Trail Mix Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk 

  • 3 Tbs chia seed

  • 1 Tbs blonde flax seed

  • 1 Tbs flax seeds

  • 1 Tbs flaked almond

  • 1 Tbs pecan pieces

  • 1 Tbs walnut pieces

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Allow to sit overnight in refrigerator

  3. Serve warmed or cold garnished with nuts, berries and/or flaked coconut
