Maybe your kids do like healthy sugar free options and they just don't know it yet...
Making these doubles as a fun family activity and you can each create your ownb delicious food art
Try all you favorite flavours!!
Berry Dangerous Dino Pops
(eat them before they eat you)
Ingredients:
1 cup low carb plain yogurt
1/3 cup berries of choice
2Tbs Allulouse sweetner(you can sub sweetner but other types may freeze solid)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients
Spoon into popsicle mould
Freeze 4-6 hrs or overnight
Optional * Vanilla swirl - make extra and omit the berries
Pop by every Wednesday for more quick, easy, delicious recipes.
