Spicy Chai Coconut Yogurt

Spicy Chai Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Canned Coconut Milk

  • 1/2tsp Spicy Chai mix

  • Sweetener to taste (we like Zuga)

  • 2 Probiotic capsules

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Cover with breathable top

  3. Place in dark cupboard to achieve fermentation for 12-24hrs to desired consistency and tartness.

  4. Stir every 6hrs.

  5. Refrigerate.

  6. Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt will last 5-7 days
