"Pineapple" Upside-Down Mug Cake
Glaze
Mix together:
1Tbs Melted Butter
1Tbs Zuga Sweetener
Pineapple Flavor Extract
Line the bottom of 2 ramekins
“Pineapple”
Zucchini slices to cover the glaze on the bottom of your 2 ramekins.
Optional * scoop Zucchini colour red for faux cherries
Coconut Mug Cake
Ingredients:
2Tbs Shreaded Coconut
1Tbs Coconut Flour
1/4tsp Baking Powder
2Tbs MCT Oil
1Tbs Zuga Sweetener
Cake Batter Flavor Extract
Directions:
Mix ingredients together thoroughly
Cover glaze and zucchini
Microwave 90 seconds or Bake 300° 25-30min
Tip over onto serving plate
